Meet Sam and Harper

I landed in Asheville, NC back in 2016 with an offer to manage a boutique hotel and immediately fell in love. Coming from Tallahassee, FL, any place cooler would have sufficed but Asheville offered SO much more. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a love for helping people get the most out of their day. Lucky for me, Asheville itself does a lot of that work.

I love being outside with my dog, Harper. Exploring the trails of WNC on a beautiful day is a great day spent. I love the variety of cuisine available to us here. Indian is probably my favorite. I’m loving the new addition of mock tail friendly pubs that are popping up everywhere. There really is something here for everyone.

Meet Dustin and Beefcake

I have loved living in Asheville since moving down from Chicago in the summer of 2021. With a strong background in Project Management, I excel in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, under budget, and to the highest standards.

Now I have turned my focus to running a successful Property Management company where I focus on the physical services and renovation aspects that properties require. Whether it is simple maintenance to hiring vetted tradespeople to do the work, you can rely on AVL-STR to deliver outstanding results while fostering professional relationships.

In the free time I have, I enjoy white water rafting the French Broad River, fishing Lake Fontana and hiking the many miles of trails the Smoky Mountains has to offer.
